Would Friday be to late to donate to the PayPal?

So I bought the dvd of Home but it got delivered to me instead of you Is it ok to hold on to it until this weekend custeph?

I've been on the phone for awhile this evening with the original Santa for the family. The mom is a single mom. Both kids are in a self contained classroom. My friend found out about them because his son was in that class years ago, & a few years ago they decided to start adopting a child from that class. Times are so very hard for mom, son, & daughter. My friend found out their power was turned off around Halloween, and that neither kid had costumes. He gave them money to turn power back on & purchase costumes. Then he gave them money for Thanksgiving, so they would have a nice meal. He is going to give them money for Christmas, for bills, and we are taking care of being Santa.

We get to meet the kids and mom Thursday at their class Christmas party. I am really excited to meet them. At that time, we will arrange a meet up time next week to get the gifts to the mom. Because all of this will be from "Santa". I will find out if Santa wraps presents at their house (he doesn't at mine), and provide wrapping paper, tape, tags, and bows.

I just want y'all to know who you are helping. And know this. I love you guys. So very much.

I'll know more Thursday after meeting the mom, but I would think Tuesday or Wednesday next week. And I will know how to get in contact with them if we need to get something to them later.

You might be able to use some of the paypal to go towards their electric bill. We have friends who helped out above and beyond and I knew they would never take cash but also that times were tough so I went to the cable place and as long as I had a name and phone number we were able to pay part of their bill.

Definitely going to get some more clothing, but I decided to wait until I meet the kids today, so I can maybe get more of a sense of their sizes, style, etc. Hopefully talk to their mom to see exactly what they need. I'll update this afternoon.

It's Christmas week & I am running around like a mad woman! Just left Target with $200 worth of clothes, socks, pajamas, & stocking stuffers. Now to the shoe store tonight for shoes.

I have used the PayPal funds to buy the bike ($82), Target clothes spree ($200), Cato gift card ($100).

I will take more photos tonight before I start wrapping things. Taking Demarion's gifts in the morning, then the family's gifts next.

Rummy 500 , you mentioned wanting to maybe do something. PayPal is still fine, since I still have to go to buy shoes and a Gamestop gift card tonight and probably another trip to Walmart.

I delivered Demarion's gifts this morning. As I was leaving the shelter, I told the lady who helped me find the office Merry Christmas. Suddenly, half a dozen little tiny faces peeped around the corner and told me Merry Christmas. As I closed the door, I lost it. I love my kids, don't get me wrong, but there are very few times they are angelic. But these kids this morning, that's what they looked like to me. From here on out, I don't want gifts for Christmas. Instead I will continue being Santa to these precious children. Because that is all I could ever want. And you guys helped make that possible. I cannot thank you enough.
