So a few friends and I decided that we would like to attend Bonnaroo this year for our little last sha-bang kinda thing. If you have any tips or any information that could be helpful. Please let us know, I've read up on a lot of the forums but I still feel like I'm a little lost. Thanks guys

Do you have any specific questions? Things can go a lot of different ways if you don't give people direction.

Um maybe the big question would be about the camping. I understand that the space given is more than enough but we have a four person tent and we were thinking about buying an EZ up. Is this to much? And are our neighbors gonna feel intruded on?

The most important things to know.
- The pits at both What and Which stages are for Super VIP only. If you don't have a Super VIP badge, don't even bother standing in line.
- The left side (facing stage) of the What Stage field is known for its bees, and fire ants. Always stay on the right side.
- If you want to know who's playing ahead of the lineup announcement, PM sang_xcx for an invitation to the private forums where that's discussed.
- Show up to any comedy show right before it starts, you'll be fine.
- No need to get in line early to camp, get there Thursday around noon.

The other thing to note to ignore anything this nut job posts.
Okay so another somewhat sensitive question I had was... If I was underage and I brought alcohol to Bonnaroo and got caught with it in security would I go to jail or would they just take it?

They'll just take it. Unless you got randomly searched by the police, who at worst would give you a ticket for minor in possession of alcohol.

If you don't act like an asshat, most likely they won't care. Stay in control. Stay respectful. The worst thing that'll happen is that you'll lose your stuff.

If alcohol is the only substance you're trying to sneak in, you really have nothing to worry about.
Worst thing they'll do is write you up for a minor citation. Probably would just take it away from you if found, though - and even that is unlikel.y
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

Just don't bring any glass bottles
Excellent point. Stick with cans or plastic bottles. They may be stricter on glass than some illegal substances.
ABOVE ALL ELSE... DO YOUR OWN DAMN THING NO MATTER WHAT. DONT STAY WITH THE GROUP. ADVENTURE SOLO. STAY UP LATE. WAKE UP EARLY. TRY SOMETHING NEW AND MAKE SOME NEW FRIENDS (sorry for all the caps but I'm literally screaming this at my PC)

all caps aside this is good advice. by all means enjoy your time with your friends, but don't allow anyone to keep you from catching a show you want to see, or eating a doughnut you want to eat, or just wandering around when you don't want to be sitting around.
This board is littered with posts like "well I really wanted to catch Bjork but my friends wanted to see Rustie so we ended up at Rustie sad I missed Bjork". Actually that sentence is inaccurate, no Bjork fan would have missed that set, but you get the idea. Don't let your friends and their terrible music taste influence what you decide to catch. Catching shows alone is awesome, you can meet up with your friends later.
cdevaney linked you to some great threads, check those out.

Only idiots missed Bjork. And there looked to be a lot of idiots that year, but that let me get pretty damn close. So there is that.

I have some questions if thats cool!
Question! First time Bonnaroo goer over here, but my friend and I split the VIP pass package, while our one friend is a GA pss holder. He plans to camp with us and enter with us as well. Since the website specifies the difference of times and area for VIP and GA camping, can we as 2 VIP holders and 1 GA holder still camp together in the GA area along with out other GA friends??
tIf we are VIP can we still camp in GA if we want? Or will the one friend traveling with us who will be GA be able to at least camp with us in VIP but just not access the other amenities? Such a confusing situation for us, as we prefer to be with our friends in GA camping more often while we are there. Any feedback or insight will be helpful as its our whole groups first time going. Thank you!

VIP can camp in GA. GA cannot camp in VIP. I am gonna guess that you'll still need to get a parking pass for GA.
