He is beyond miserable live. At Forest he actually performed for 15 minutes of his hour set and even took a "break" in the middle. A BREAK in the middle of an hour set!?!? Come on.

Does anyone really believe Roo would be able to get Daft Punk over the other festivals that will offer them 3x more money? I would expect Coachella to offer them a stupid chunk of change again (despite being there however long ago) and I'm sure Lolla would offer at least 2x Roo. I just can't see it.

That and the fact the robots have attended Coachella in recent years just to be at the festival. It's totally possible that when they do return to touring, they pull an Outkast type run though and play every single festival with a checkbook that can afford them - which would be utterly amazing.

being that we got at the drive in, lcd soundsystem, & ween to reunite this year, i'd say the headliners in 2017 are

... fuck livenation won't go for that even if those bands were touring. a boy can dream though.
