I was so excited when Publix came to our town a few years back, but since Whole Foods got here I pretty much don't shop anywhere else. Can't recall if I ever had a Pub Sub.
You should still do yourself that favor. Whole foods also seems to be about on par of quality of Publix organic brand too, without the pretentious pricing (most of the time)

I'll admit I've eaten a lot of Publix sushi, and I have no complaints.
My first and only entry into Yet Another Stupid Inforoo Debate About Sandwiches is that Publix is one of those things that Southerners inexplicably think is magic but is actually trash, just like sweet tea and the SEC.
Publix is magic because it's run by competent people who understand quality products, service and well-compensated employees is not some liberal myth but a successful business strategy. That seems like magic in the South.
Mcdonalds is the only fast food joint that makes their tea sweet enough. Publix sweet tea is delicious. But, the only way to really get it perfect is to get home brewed tea
we don't have bojangles here, so it is one of those places that i think is better to me because i only get it when i'm out of town/on the road. but those bo berry biscuits. sweet jesus, just thinking about them for a second there felt slightly psychedelic.
Ok what about the like quick casual-dining style foods? (like Chipotle for example)

I like Moe's SW. We have a Chipotle here but it sucks for some reason. I'm eaten Chipotle on trips and it's delicious, but when I'm home I go for Moe's.
I like the Jason's Deli salad bar, mainly because nobody has a salad bar anymore.
