I just wanna know why Shaky has Anderson East here? Sticks out like a sore thumb. Also....third eye blind? They did their fest whoring last year, now that just looks like a toxic booking. Same with X-ambassadors and moon taxi. The more I look at it, looks like Roo might surprise us tomorrow. Was considering shaky since my Mom lives in GA, but Chella, GB, and Panorama are better than this. Disappointed.
Some nice stuff in the middle (Warpaint, Cloud Nothings, Twin Peaks, Car Seat Headrest Motherfucking Wolf Parade) but the top and bottom of the lineup are pretty bland.
Bonnaroo will never book the damn Pixies, will they?
We're long past the time when the Pixies are worth seeing live
*shrug* I saw them do a show on the beach with TV On The Radio last year and thought it was still pretty great. Def not as great without Kim, but Id still be psyched if they played Roo.

This lineup is a lot weaker than I expected. Would love to see Phoenix, The Shins, Cloud Nothings, Wolf Parade, Cymbals Eat Guitars, and Car Seat Headrest, but those are the only acts that really excite me. And it's still possible we get some
Right on. C3 has absolutely nothing to do with Bonnaroo, other than sharing a parent company. AC/Superfly still exist, still run Bonnaroo, they are just under a larger umbrella with more resources.
Like when you go to download the Bonnaroo app, the name listed underneath it is now "C3 Presents, LLC", and not "Superfly Productions." That's kinda strange.
It also says that for the Governors Ball app. They arent booking that lineup either.

I think Jazzfest's lineup will dominate the southeastern festivals this year, since Jazzfest is naturally resistant to the disease of festival sameness.
come on down to the gospel tent y'all, we'll fuck up with trout baquet and strawberry cheesecake. if you've never been i promise it will blow your mind.

Now wait a minute. I posted yesterday that LN was just the budget for Roo, and someone spazzed out and said "C3 owns Roo now, Superfly/AC doesn't book for Roo anymore." From now on I'm just trusting Launchy. Geezus.

If only I knew someone at Superfly I could ask to confirm....
