The 1 person per position with the wildcards. I think that makes it as comparable to an actual draft as it can be. Whoever builds the best band, gets crowned GOAT.

Not really, musicians can adapt if they have talent and aren't a manufactured pop act

I don't know. I think you just let it be the choice they make. Maybe it'll seem inspired. Or stupid. Maybe they show their math and explain it.
I'll hold it down for Down Under with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. So many classics - Jubilee Street, Stagger Lee, Red Right Hand, Mercy Seat, The Weeping Song - and they're still coming up with solid material 30 years into their career.
Wow, so many good bands left. For me this pick was down to a band that used to be great but is now kinda ehhhh, or a now-disbanded group that had an album no one cares about and one of the best hip-hop albums of all time. I decided to go with the latter.
