I mentioned earlier in this thread, I'm in a survivor pool in which you pick a team to win every week...once you use a team you have burned them and one loss means you're out. Swallowed my pride and took the Steelers today, who I despise. The one time in my life that I root for them and that's what I get in return. Guess the $4K+ wasn't meant to be.

One of the highlights of the election for me is voting fuck no on the new stadium for the Chargers. The Spanos family is the worst.

It's total bullshit that taxpayer funding is used to build stadiums for private use.
I would be surprised if it passed. We were already burned with the ballpark for the Padres back in the day. Really hoping San Diego voters don't have short attention spans.

Man, fuck Nick Fairley. Instead of 3rd down with 2:14 to go, possibly getting the ball back with two minutes and only being down 3, he has to be an asshole and attempt to body slam someone for no reason other than he is a fucking idiot. So we get the ball back with 28 seconds down by 6. I hope someone body slams him in the locker room
So as bad as the Saints are this year, and the past three years in general, Drew Brees is on pace after six games to throw for 5,600 yards, 45 TDs, and 13 INTs this year. Silver lining, I guess?
The NFC West is a dumpster fire this year. That Seattle/Arizona game was awful. The Cards need a new kicker too.
Looking forward to Tom Brady and Co. thrashing the Seahawks in a few weeks.
The entire NFL is a dumpster fire this year if you didn't notice. The best team by far is the pats and they have no defense. The top five has the totally offensively useless Vikings, the simien-led broncos, the two-rookies-and-no-defense cowboys and some other jerk team that sucks. NFL is just a bad product in 2016

I have recently found myself staring at the pictures we took at the 2015 panthers cowboys thanksgiving. The look of frustration and betrayal was shared by every cowgirl fan in the background of each picture.
Hopefully the week off helped them, though Oher is still in concussion protocol and our current LT was the RT turnstyle of superbowl 50.
