I'm gonna go with Elzhi. He dropped a new album last month; it's pretty decent. If you're not familiar with him (personally a lot of people have been picked lately that I've never heard of), he did a mixtape set to all the Illmatic beats that was pretty dope.
His feature on Little Brother's "Hiding Place" is fantastic. Some of my favorite verses ever; his flow is just so incredibly on point.
