Gotta go with Eminem. Even though the back half of his career has shown some pretty shitty output, when he was in his prime he was untouchable, in my opinion. It's a shame that some of his best verses ended up on mixtapes or on other people's songs. His verses on "Renegade" and the first verse of "Lose Yourself" are technically perfect in my opinion.
