It's always interesting when players in the run-off are the players that were single votes, often a self preservation technique which doesn't say much about suspicions but I'd like to see further scrutiny on Zig and Potent. It's also my opinion in that situation its better to force the situation than let those players set the course.

This could just as easily be an early attempt at saving Krissy.
I'd also like to point out that I was willing to move my vote to force a 4 way runoff, and then someone had done it overnight. I thought about creating a 5 way for this exact reason - I thought it might look suspicious for me to have a free vote while being the runoff.
In any event, I'm casting my vote for Krissy to even it back up:
Here's a history lesson for everyone on D1R1 Voting. I went back and looked at the previous 5 games and wrote down who the last 4 voters were to get their initial vote in. I then cross-checked that with who was Mafia that game. I think the results are quite interesting. The voters are listed in 8th-11th.
Mafia 85 Potent Billy (Mafia) JFG Jiimmy (Mafia)
Mafia 86 Dragon Jaz (Mafia) Jimmy EAP (Mafia)
Mafia 87 NBF Taint (Mafia) Potent (Mafia) Dragon
Couldn't find Mafia 88
Mafia 89 LD Jaz Taint Dragon (Mafia)
Mafia 90 ZIG (Mafia) Jaz JR Bun (Mafia)
So you can see, in 4 of the last 5 games, we have had 2 Mafia members place their initial vote in the final four during D1R1. In the other game we had 1. So we always have a at least 1 Mafia voting member voting late, if not 2.
Here is our current game: Mafia 91 JR Bacon Monky LD
Based on some past history, at least 1 of these players is Mafia, with a good chance that 2 of them are. Yet none of them are in the runoff...
This is why the town always loses. We play like fucking idiots.

red flags all over on this post. Bacon is a bottom 4 voter, then does a vote switch before the any of the empty votes place their vote.

The problem with not playing a lot is even more than normal everything I do is always considered suspicious, even more so than when I was a regular player. My MO is to be a power player, because I know I'm innocent (or know I'm not innocent) and I'd rather be the one influencing the direction the game goes than let someone I don't know control it.
Obviously this doesn't help your suspicions at all because you have no reason to think i'm innocent but you should at least know my thinking.

This definitely gives me something to think about. Is there a reason why you didn't post this before the runoff?

It's not much to go on but when 2 out of 4 of the run-off players are those that placed their votes on unique players and a thus forced to vote in the run-off I think it's worth paying extra attention to them. By voting for them it forces their hand to make a meaningful game vote and not just sit on the sideline further.

This definitely gives me something to think about. Is there a reason why you didn't post this before the runoff?
when I woke up and logged in this morning, JR had already switched his vote and pushed Jaz into the runoff making it a 4way. My single vote wouldn't have been able to push any 1 of the 4 bottom voters into the runoff.

I was the 2nd person to place my vote at the beginning of the game. It's somehow my fault that the 9 remaining voters didn't stack onto my vote? If that's your logic, then you should be extremely suspicious of LD. He was the 11th and final person to place a vote in D1R1, and instead of stacking (he had 4 options to stack onto),he kept the runoff at 3 by voting for JR who had zero votes.

What do you mean by this? There were three single votes - you could have joined me and voted for Jimmy, creating a 5 way. You could have joined LD and made a 5 way voting JR in.

That's way more defensive than necessary. Your first explanation was sufficient.

quoted the wrong post. This was mean for Bacon, his post about questioning why Potent and I both had the swing votes.
I didn't even notice the game started until after I got out of work yesterday.
Not everyone can sit around at work and bullshit on the internet half their shift.
the game started the night before...
As one of the late voters I think LD's excuse is valid. Since I'm not going to Bonnaroo this year I haven't been very active on the board and this game seemed to take a long time to start. That being said there was a 2 hour delay between his first post and his vote. I actually thought he was waiting for me to vote before he did.

I think what he means (correct me if I'm wrong, Zig) is that there wasn't a way to get any of the 4 people who voted last in the runoff. He could've made a 5 way, but the last 4 voters would still have been out of the runoff.

if I were to have stacked to 5, my options were stack with LD onto JR or stack with you onto Thor. Neither seemed like a good option. I was suspicious of LD so I didn't want to push the person he was voting for into the runoff. I didn't want to stack with you because I didn't want to leave LD with the lone swing vote to start D1R2.
At this point I'm leaning towards krissyjo being town, but given that Bacon just moved of her I don't want to move mine and open this round with an exodus off of krissyjo. So vote wise I'm probably just going to hold tight until I get a better read on players.
