Hi I'm trying to find a ride for my brother for Thursday and back on Monday.
He's flying into Nashville. Last year I was able to find a guy that was running people all weekend but can't find his number.
I looked at the shuttle passes but his flight lands at 3:50pm and he doesn't want to wait around for an hour and then sit in the shuttle for an hour. I know I know. I'm just trying to get him there sooner.

Any help would be great. Thanks.
In my experience, the shuttles run continuously. There's not really a rigid schedule, just a line of people at the airport with buses coming and going. Also, the shuttle bypasses most of the traffic coming in, so it would likely be the fastest way to the farm.

This. If you don't take the shuttle, and try to drive in with someone at that time, you're likely sitting in 3hrs of traffic for the line to get in

Oh ok so they don't come and go exactly on the hours?
I guess he was thinking since his flight lands at 3:50 and shuttles leave at 4 so he probably wouldn't make it over in time. Is there a chance they would wait or more buses would be arriving sooner than the next time at 5? Or do they have to wait till it fills up?
Sorry for 20 questions. This is my 5th Roo and I just drive. He has to be difficult and fly in two years in a row haha.

I would write the company if you wan to be 100% sure (I haven't been to the fest in a couple years), but every time I took the shuttle there was no apparent schedule. I'm not really sure why they pretend there is one. The buses leave when they're full (or mostly full) and then people line up for the next bus, which came by much sooner than an hour's time. I think the longest I ever had to wait for one was maybe 20 minutes.
Assure your brother that even if they've changed things and he won't get on a bus until 5, he'll save a lot of time vs driving in by skipping the traffic and going in the "VIP" entrance on the bus. It's much faster in the end!

Thanks a lot. I'll pass on the message and have him reach out to them.
