made everything that made the movie awesome disappear in an instant, leaving the Avengers as only a shell of what it used to be and invoking in me feelings of deep despair, but still leaving room for a potential redeeming arc in future installments. Like Roo 16.
I hope this event does well just so similar dance events will follow suit or maybe the big fests will start paying more attention to the genre at hand. The Ultra brand has never really been for me, but I would make the trek to Miami for a bill like this.

The way the poster looks it kinda looks like it’s designed to show 6 headliners. Maybe the 7th dropped out? I know Tame has played everywhere but they’ve never played Florida so it would have really looked nice on top.
If I lived remotely close to Miami I would probably go to this. I agree that they are kind of missing a true headliner but I think they more than make up for it with a very very deep undercard. On top of that the headliners they have aren't bad, just a bit overdone.
I wouldn't want to have to deal with the conflicts that will come with catching some of these mainstage acts. By the looks of things there will always be some kind of quality dance going on at the smaller stages. Wouldn't want to have to be taken away from that for a big stage Tame set or whatever. Your money is best spent here on smaller acts.

They've always offered one of the better dance lineups out of the multigenre fests.
Ghost and Rae doing Only Built 4 Cuban Linx. Wow. What a fucking booking
I hope you’re joking because they’ve been touring that off and on for the better part of this decade.... OB4CL 2 would be a better get, but there are too many features.
Super underwhelmed by this other than the small font dj’s.
I fuck with this lineup. I've only seen Tyler and Blood Orange up top, but I'd glady see them again. If I were a local/lived closer I'd go for sure. Interested to see who Smart Bar books for DJ sets this weekend, they always get one or two to make the trip up to Chicago during this weekend (plz Koze or Stingray)

If anyone makes a spotify playlist please send me a link. Not sold on this initially but I already have a prophet pass and it's hardly worth the trouble to sell the ticket. I'll probably go down for Fri and Sat.
what's better? you don't like electronic music anyway
I like electronic music, I’m just not crazy into it to know the more unknown artists. For a lineup to be as hyped as this, you would’ve thought there would’ve been some high billed unique gets (Yorke, Bjork, etc) or even someone more common like Justice or Tame. Not much for next year is out so I can’t say what will be better but if this is the best smaller fest lineup, it’ll be a subpar year.

Don't vote for this guy, folks.
I still have Todd Terje, Trentemøller, and Röyksopp. That’s TWO acts with accented letters.

They did tour it a few years ago but besides the city, where else did they do a handful of shows? Regardless it's an great chance to hear an incredible album live, when they might not even properly tour behind it again.
I'm not going to this but if people are underwhelmed it might help to know SZA is working on her follow up to Ctrl, it might even be done. Tyler is working on his follow up to Flower Boy. ASAP never toured behind TESTING. Blood Orange just dropped some incredible shit. The Internet dropped dope shit. Erykah Badu is a legend. Ghost and Rae. If you're happy about the small font DJ's, there's just as much to be happy about at or near the top of this poster.

and you might even be able to name two songs between the three!
Where are you getting the idea that I don’t like electronic music? I’ve gotten into it more in the last year. I just don’t talk about it a lot because I don’t know a whole lot about it yet. I enjoy all those acts though.

Erykah, Beach House, Herbie, Blood Orange, The Internet, Khraungbin, Peggy Gou, Koze, Ty and White Fence (they really stick out here), Yaeji, Ben UFO v Joy Orbison, Honey Djion, Kelsey Lu, Dean Blunt, Tim Hecker, John Maus, JPEGMAFIA and Laurel Halo?
Me likey. And that's without digging into those smaller names.
