Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Finally for a person who has never met a stranger how hard is it to meet people at Roo? My friend backed out so I am flying solo.
It is one of the easiest places to meet new people that I've ever encountered. I'm typically shy around new people, and have no issue here.
Offer someone a beer, ask them who they're excited about seeing, ask who their favorite set was last night, etc. Most people are just as excited as you are, and want to share it with someone!

Congrats on 50 brahman. You shouldn't have any problems meeting people, and if you do, just look for the lil' wayne - No ceilings flag, we're all dead heads and we'll share our beer with you.
That is what it was like at Fare Thee Well in Chicago. Less than an hour after we got to the hotel we were heading to Leftover Salmon with people we met in the bar. Then every place we stopped we met more people.
If you are out and about and pass a guy in hammock sitting under an orange canopy wearing a tyedye with a Deadhead Flag flying. Ask if the person knows all the words to Rocky Top. If it is me I will have a cold beer and something eat ready to offer. ????

I think my Bonnaroo bucket list is complete this year . I'm a 52 year old deadhead doing VIP for the first time.I'll be flying a black background steal your face flag.If you happen to be VIP as well look for the flag and pay me a visit. The biggest checkmark for me though was an invitation from Bonnaroo to join a meet and greet honoring Bob Weir! It's costing me $125.00,but hell,I get to meet Bobbie!Maybe I can talk him into taking a pic with me?

I will also be 50 within the next year Please be sure to come to brunch on Friday morning and you will meet all the strangers you could possibly need. www.inforoo.com/thread/35346/2016-brunch-years-boozy-brunches Also, everyone is SO friendly at Bonnaroo. I've never had issues being alone there, which happens often to me.
Do the tattoo! It's very liberating. I started getting tattoos at 41 and now have 5 and 2 more coming soon. No GD tattoo yet, but I am sure it may come eventually, I am also a deadhead.
Bonnaroo being on your list is wonderful and I hope you have a wonderful time. Of course Sunday night will be amazing. It's a brutal environment and it takes me a week to recover, but I still love it after 10 years of going.
My bucket list is pretty much travel related at this point. Hopefully for my 50th birthday it will be a safari and gorilla trek in Uganda <3
