I just downloaded Chris's album, I have got to see this guy, I can already tell that in 10 years I will be saying I saw him when.
I love good country music but if you don't still check him out. I don't lump him in with a bunch of the crap being played on Country Radio today. I don't know where he is from but he would fit in with the Austin Texas country music crowd.
He is from small town Kentucky- outside of Lexington about an hour or so.
Sturgill and Stapleton are definitely the best things in modern country music. Just wonder if he will go with the all black like he typically does at 4 in the afternoon.

Will be a solid show.
I just caught Sturgill for the 3rd time in May and he continues to improve with the addition of a horn section and an unbelievable lead guitarist. If Stapleton performs at this level it will be a highlight for me, couple that with a great set by Jason Isbell and I'll be a happy camper.

Haven't seen the new stuff yet, but it is a great listen from front to back. Plus In bloom is my favorite Nirvana song- gonna try and catch Nashville show in Fall.
