My wristband arrived neat and tied in a rubber band a few weeks ago in my roo package.
Opened it to put it on today & noticed it came in already locked and I can't open it at all. What is it like to replace a wristband?
This hasn't happened to me but I feel confident if you go ahead and register it in your name you'd be able to easily get a replacement at the box office when you arrive at Roo.
I'd give music today a quick call to explain your situation though.
