There is usually secret night shows at the top of the hills, and they also mentioned the "Utopia Players" jam during the pre-party with a bunch of local ATX talent. SHakey Graves showed up last year unannounced so maybe Gary Clark????
Meh. Stoked about Ratatat because I've never gotten to see them before, but I only know a handful of the other bands on here. Lots of local stuff I'm assuming?
Def seems to be a lot of Austin locals. I personally have enjoyed Ruby Jane, Capyac, and Golden Dawn. White Denim has been killin' it where ever they go. Excited about Ratatat, Chali2na, & Rubblebucket. I've seen Whiskey SHivers do some sort of hilly billy/red-neck Christmas sketch show and it was hilarious, and equally musically entertaining so I'm down with that.
