Gonna need some good luck with this weather for Thursday. Scattered storms all day, chances of them being severe too. Of all days for it to downpour, Thurs is the worst possible day too. The park will be completely destroyed by Sunday, like in 2014.
I know I love tomorrow's lineup and would be really bummed if Lorde's set is affected
Lolla's moved sets back before when dealing with weather so as long as it's not a complete washout I think we'll be okay tomorrow. If it does come down real hard though, the bigger issue is gonna be that park the rest of the weekend.
Last year it rained a bunch on Thursday but everything was pretty much fine the rest of the weekend.
Sounds like tomorrow will be much worse, but whatever let's be optimistic.
Yeah, I thought they did a good job with the sand/mulch/whatever they used on the ground (can't recall), I don't remember it being an issue at all. It even rained on Friday for a bit.
Gonna have to wait till today for Wonderwall from Liam. He was furious with the sound issues at Park West so he didn't come out for the encore, it was on the setlist though. Dude's still a boss tho.
Keeping it simple today so I can get decent spots for Liam, Cage, and Muse...
Drums> Liam> A-Trak> Cage> Spoon> Muse... black LCD tanktop, black basketball shorts, grey bandana
Did he end his set after three songs? lol what a surprise!
Didnt he just do this a couple nights ago at a headlining show? Theyre reporting he was having monitor issues...stick it out man, what a clown.
This was easily his highest profile US show in probably a decade. What a waste. I always tell myself if Oasis reunites for a festival ill be there no matter what, but shit like this makes it difficult. He makes Axl Rose look reliable.
Looks like he played:
Rock N Roll Star Morning Glory Wall of Glass Greedy Soul

Wow. Liam was one of the few reasons I was considering going to Lolla (Im a massive Oasis fan and this was his first real show in the US). I woulda been so pissed if I was in that crowd.....but also that's classic Liam

There's so many people in that Migos crowd and they're going nuts......but it sounds like pure garbage to me. I'll never understand this whole mumble rap craze.
Also Liam Gallaghers set was so short that they just threw him up on the live stream to fill the 15 minutes between Migos and Cage haha.
