Middlelands camping will offer an unrivaled customer service experience, including the brand new Live Chat Concierge feature. This will allow headliners to connect with a festival representative who will help select the perfect camping option, as well as answer any questions relating to the camping experience. Live Chat Concierge will be live tomorrow, November 8 at 2 PM CST, and will be active Monday-Friday from Noon – 8 PM CST starting November 9.
As someone who has managed customer service organizations for large companies, this is awesome. I have pushed to add chat/e-mail response in many positions and it's pretty cool a fest is staying with the times plus billing it as a premium service offering. Kudos.
I'm with ya. It's not too bad a drive from me and I'm currently open to a first half of 2017 fest. But it I'm sure it'll be at least half EDM. EUPHORIA seems a bit light honestly here in Austin so I'm thinking it's cuz this nabbed a ton of good talent.
