Would Roo and Chella share Radiohead again? I feel like this just put a huge gash in this possibility for a Roo return.
It feels too soon anyways, no?
I feel like AEG/Goldenvoice got them for Chella and Panorama exclusively. Radiohead just doesn't tour much post album year. In 2009 they barely toured following their 2008 tour. In 2013, they didn't hit the US at all. So who knows...fingers crossed but I just don't know

Sorry, that was confusing. I meant that it was too soon for a Bonnaroo return.

I would be all for it, but Chella tends to do their own thing so....I don't see them sharing Radiohead for the second time in 5 years. And yeah it's definitely too soon, when you consider all the headliners that have never played Roo and would be nice gets in 2017.
Is it just the headliners that are leaked/rumored or is there more of the card that I haven't found?
What headliner rumors are you referring to? As far as I'm aware, there's an anecdotal rumor about Kings of Leon headlining based on an interaction with one of their band members at this year's Bonnaroo, but I'm pretty sure that's it.

There's a big Bonnaroo gap there with no TN dates at all currently?
Edit: He would have to fly cross country but I wouldn't rule it out because of that.
There is indeed a Bonnaroo gap, but he has other similar sized gaps in a few other places. Plus he is playing Atlanta July 16 which doesn't help. Add in that he's out West during that Roo gap and I think Roger Waters is not playing Roo.

June 3 - Denver, CO @ Pepsi Center
June 7 - San Jose, CA @ SAP Center at San Jose
June 12 - Sacramento, CA @ Golden 1 Center
June 14 - Phoenix, AZ @ Gila River Arena
Not impossible, but I wouldn't bet my money on it.
I agree. I think everyone in the headliner thread is jumping the gun to just immediately assume it wouldn't happen at all but it isn't something likely either. I'm sure if they backed a Brinks truck up to someone's backdoor they could make a cross country plane flight. I dont know that they would actually do that either though haha.

It is pretty wild he doesn't have a single date in Tennessee but has already listed Columbus. Usually we are added later to tours and Nashville would be in the first wave of dates.

He has 4 days bettween lots of dates. He's out. No way he would fly his stage show across the country like that for one day and back. He's my #1 choice for Roo, but I'm accepting it, and you should too.
But bright side: Roger Waters, coming to a city near you.

any idea on how much those tickets would be? I will definitely cop tickets to that.

Another thing re: the plausibility with Roger Waters is that he doesn't exactly tend to tour light. If it was him and an acoustic guitar, sure. He could do it. He probably has a plane full of production which would be rough to get from CA and back, and I really doubt Bonnaroo would book him without the production as fans would be mad they didn't get the whole show.

I'm going to start by saying that I do not believe that Roger Waters will be playing Bonnaroo, but when very popular acts have large stage setups they normally have multiple rigs. I believe The Wall tour had 3 to 4 different rigs on semis that would travel and start setup at different locations. I want to be clear that I do not know how many rigs Roger Waters has for this tour, and I do not think Roger Waters is playing Bonnaroo.

Nick Cave is probably out based on the new tour dates. He could still play the Friday or Sunday. But it is not very likely that he heads back south after heading north.
Wednesday, June 7 – Asheville, NC – Thomas Wolfe Auditorium Thursday, June 8 – Pittsburgh, PA – The Warhol at Carnegie Music Hall Saturday, June 10 – Boston, MA – Boch Center Wang Theatre Tuesday, June 13 – New York, NY – Beacon Theatre Wednesday, June 14 – New York, NY – Beacon Theatre

After the embarrassing attendance at his last set, I'm not sure that he'd be interested in coming back anyways. That was some crap scheduling.

Fuck it, looks like I might have to get my ass to Asheville! That set was just too good!
