While I might not agree with everything Bob said, the evacuation problem was spot on. I left the tent to hit up the Grove for the bathroom and when I came out, I was swept up into this massive herd of people. No one knew what was going on. All they knew was that the music was cut off and they were told to leave immediately.
I can imagine being a younger festival-goer, separated from my friends with no idea what to do. It would have been an upsetting experience.
Is a top line of Kendrick Lamar | Chili Peppers | LCD Soundsystem | Lorde too big? Because I'd be all over that and it doesn't feel too expensive/unbookable.
Saw Pharrell last night, I need that on da beach! He brought out NORE and Pusha T with The Roots backing. One of all time favorite sets. Where would he fall in the lineup, like top 8-10 and play pre-surf?

LOL..I suggested John Mayer, TTB, and a classic rock band like Journey and wait fior it...drum roll...the Doobie Brothers.

I could go for Pharrell. Pop, but danceable.
He only played a few of his own pop style songs. Opened with Lose yourself to dance and closed with Happy. In between was filled with NERD, Clipse, and parts of all the hits he's produced.

Have they announced the Roo streaming schedule? I can't find one.
No. Red Bull has been releasing 1-2 days in advance lately, so I wouldn't expect to see it until Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm sure whoever gets the notice first will post on the live stream thread in the root directory of The Music Lounge.

I love Pharell. Maybe not some of his latest hits but he's a bad ass and I was a big fan of NERD and The Neptunes.
Dropped my two page letter of recommendations to Hangout Director in the mail today. I remembered all the fuss on here about Nickelback and thought I would share this clip someone sent me.
