I think there are some good parts to it (some synth sounds give me a total Tame vibe) but overall it's way too messy. The good sounds here and there are not good enough to save the song unfortunately. 4/10 for me

I hate to say it, but this pretty much sums up my feelings on it. I was much more excited about the new Arcade Fire, which also dropped yesterday.
I'm glad it seems everyone's on the same bot so far, keeps growing on me little bit more the more I play it tho. I also heard Snoop Dogg and De La Soul are on the new album. I bet the album will be good in full

I read an interview with Damon on NME where he said the new album was really fast and had a lot of energy, so I'm hoping this is just a more down tempo number that they released due to the theme and today's changing of the presidential guard.

yeah that's what I'm thinking too, I feel they released this cause of Trump inauguration
"Workaholics star Adam DeVine told a hilarious story about watching someone accidentally knock over another festival-goer with a golf cart, shrug and simply say, “Bonnaroo, amirite?”

Big Jesus has sounded pretty cool from what I've caught on Spotify. Ten fe had a pretty cool sound for at least one song. Badbadnotgood might be some solid... Something. I don't know. They're something.

Sasquatch lineup is p damn weak but at least they have talent top to bottom
There's an artist I like on nearly every line which is more than I can say about Bonnaroo.
That said, it's clearly a boring, safe Live Nation lineup; they are ruining festivals with their homogenization. Bonnaroo and Sasquatch used to be "destination" festivals; why would anyone travel for this?

Serious question, multiple choice.
The festivals this summer for the most part are super boring because:
A. Live Nation bought them all and is homogenizing the lineups. B. The festival market is so flooded right now, with so many bands playing so many festivals, it's hard to book a festival that stands out. C. Popular music today sucks more than it did even five years ago. D. Trump E. Obama

A mix of A and B. I couldn't really say that I think Live Nation is purposefully homogenizing the lineups, but I could see it as a byproduct of them having to fill an increasing number of festival slots with a finite numbers of bands that are available and popular enough to warrant the slot.
I was wanting to take it easy with festivals this year. It makes me sad though that lineups are making that want so much easier than I expected to follow through with.
