I'm bored. I'm going to make the worst lineup possible.

It's funny because it just looks like a combination of some of the last few Music Midtown lineups

Oh, let me fix that for you.
The 1975 would not be > Imagine Dragons and Lana Del Rey, and there's no way LDR would be #7

Music Midtown's festival model
1. Actually try to book a big #1 spot 2. Become broke and bump up an act that shouldn't be headlining to being headlining (21P, Zac Brown, Van Halen actually they just shouldn't be at a festival at all, Future) 3. Book as many shitty rappers as possible, quantity >> quality all the time 4. Get some pop stars too, but make sure you get ones from at least 3-4 years ago to save money 5. Sprinkle in some good acts to draw in some real festival fans too 6. Bastille 7. ???? 8. Profit
Edit: and it works too, this will happen to bonnaroo
We should permit 21P, but not Van Halen? What is life?
Meaningless. Also, we shouldn't let either of those happen, but unfortunately has permeated through the walls of Bonnaroo for years and has infiltrated the top line.

Peter Conlon doesn't do much with MM anymore
Doesn't change the fact that that's the path Roo is going down. I also should have definitely added Tove Lo as a step to that list
Do you think Bonnaroo would book Roger Waters next year? Just saw him in Miami on Thursday and it was honestly the best show I've ever seen. The production was incredible and his band was tight. I can confidently say that if he played, it would probably be one of the best headlining sets in the festivals history. Anybody else see him on this tour yet?

I think they would, but I've said a couple times that it's pretty likely he spends pretty much all of next year touring outside North America

I did and it was great, but I think this tour's show would lose a lot of it's production value in a festival setting, given that he can't hang anything over the crowd. He'd have to create a new show and I don't think he'd be willing to do that for a few US festivals a year after touring the country.
I do think Roo and Lolla tried to get him in 2016, but he wasn't interested so Roo coerced PJ out of that Bridgestone show and got them. I don't remember where that info came from though.
He can easily adapt his current tour to fit an outside fest. His schedule just hasn't permitted it.
Edit: iirc, he took The Wall to stadiums after the tour. Maybe he'll hit a few euro-stadiums and fests. Seems like it's been awhile since he's done those.
