He's closing his stage so I think that's a given. I'm sure Missy will be fun, but there will be no comparison.
Flylo 3-D at his home festival is pretty ideal.
I wanna see Missy Elliott too! Maybe I'll do half and half. Or just go with Missy (given she rarely performs), and see FlyLo in NYC at Elements Festival (even though that fest is full of shizty EDM)

I wonder if this means new music? I know he'll be busy with the movie, but it's about that time.

This fest looks amazing, really wish I could have made it work. A 3D FlyLo show sounds pretty wild.
I'm surprised to see Anderson.Paak billed over FlyLo. I knew Paak was big in the LA area, but I thought FlyLo was too.

Paak is legit and most people have taken notice. Being on Aftermath probably helps. I've missed him the last few times I had the chance, so hoping to fill that void here.

The Vagabond Inn (USC) is closest. I've stayed there a few times, it looks like they have one room left for Saturday night, I'd personally jump on it if I were you
Personally I'd also look in the heart of downtown. Me and my girlfriend did a "staycation" at the Sheraton downtown last year for the Friday and Saturday night of FYF; it's like a 5 minute Metro ride to the festival. And probably a bit nicer/safer than the area around USC
