Last year this event took over the city of Baltimore and featured artists like Dan Deacon, Robert DeLong, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Rob Garza DJ set, TT The Artist
This year: The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts, which organizes Light City, announced details about the 2017 festival, which will run March 31 to April 8.
Artists will include Biz Markie, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Papadosio, and Ozomatli. More to be announced.

This is awesome and 100% free! It's great to hear they're expanding as well. I went to Robert Delong's show last year and had an amazing time. It's also great just to walk around the harbor and check out all of the light installations. Just a general tip for newcomers they sell beer in plastic novelty cups so if you buy the cup you can bring your own beers and fill the cup up yourself.
