i know you kid but you would never get in touch with customer service. i'm still ticketless. after three weeks of emails and facebook messages they finally reached out to me on facebook sunday evening, promising a response the next day. nothing yet. i think i'll just go to the box office on friday with my receipt and all the emails and just act like a crazy person until they give me a wristband.

if last years Bjorkapalooza tought me anything its that eventbrite isn't top tier with customer service (or so I heard)

My fault. When I bought the ticket in September we hadn't moved yet nor did we know we were moving in October. Moved and neglected to update the address. Having said that we did have our mail forwarded, but when UPS passes your mail along to USPS to deliver it, instead of forwarding that piece of mail it is just rejected for some reason.

Actually Eventbrite responded to my inquiry promptly, but only to tell me that Day For Night is "not using Eventbrite's services for wristbands", and I would need to contact d4n directly to support. I guess that means Eventbrite is purely the ticket seller with no follow up service. Probably an effort on D4N's part to save money thinking they could handle customer service requests themselves.
I'm confident I'll get my ticket at the box office even if I don't hear back from D4N, it's just a matter of how much of a hassle it will be at the box office.

I see them just putting one of the Friday performers who dont have another show somewhere else on Saturday (Jenny Hval, Boots, Earl, Kaytranada) in that slot on Saturday.

I had something similar happen when I moved out my ex's house. ACL, regardless of having a new credit card, updated my mailing address, but Voodoo festival would not. I had to keep it going to my ex's house and go and get them from him. It was miserable. BUKU I forgot about as well, and they got sent back and I had to go to will call. Once they got mailed and sent back, they told me there was nothing they could do. Will call was my only option.
