I'm planning on doing Banditos>Open for anything time slot>Shovels and Rope>Better Than Ezra>Trombone Shorty>Gary Clark>Avetts>JT (I'm a maybe for Sunday)
If we all have any shows in common we should make that the meet up.
Any clue on parking for people that didn't get a parking pass
There was parking in business lots in the city. Most signs said $20; however, I did NOT see any signs that said " Free - with 3 or more passengers".
Must have changed this year. Here's what the email they sent me said: "Parking: There will be off-site parking lots available for $20 per day but if you ride with 3 people or more, parking is FREE! Please carpool when possible to not only help the environment, spend time with your fellow peers but save on costs!"

If the off site parking lots are run by the fest and that is their rule, then that is cool/smart. I've parked on site the last 2 years and have only seen the off site spots driving through the city,
Hope to see a bunch of y’all this weekend. You’ll get to meet the younger two kiddos. They are cooler than me.
Oh! My daughter will be with me on Saturday. I know she'd love to meet them. They can roll their eyes and hang their heads in embarrassment together while watching us get down to some JT. Hope we can meet up!

I only went Friday, but I had a good time. Nice seeing some of you great folks, and good meeting solidrock. It was very hot. Hopefully it's a little cooler next time. Anyone else see Kid Rock in the crowd? Hopefully that doesn't mean he will play one year.
Way too early prediction for next year: Dolly Parton
Another great pilgrimage fest! My top 10 acts I saw:
1. Ryan Adams 2. Justin Timberlake 3. The Avett Brothers 4. Pokey Lafarge 5. Jonathan Singleton 6. Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives 7. Angaleena Presley 8. Muddy Magnolias 9. Fitz and The Tantrums 10. Colony House
What a great little festival they have. Even though I've been in Nashville for three summers this is the first year I've attended. Saturday was pretty busy but it still didn't feel too packed. I didn't catch a bad set; impressed with the music. Bummed I missed Sinclair, she's cool, but I arrived late. JT was kick ass and it was a party like I expected it to be. Eddie was phenomenal. I've seen a good amount of PJ shows but never an Eddie solo set. It was cool hearing a lot of those tracks stripped down along with some great stuff from Into The Wild. His voice was in good shape.
Overall, a pretty good festival. The heat was something else. I'd have to go back to B'roo '07 for a time I was that hot at a fest. And as a boozer, they needed at least double the vendors. After about 4:00pm the lines were way too long. The layout was pretty good other than bad sound bleed at the Shady Grove stage...oh and sound level seemed to vary greatly from set to set on the infiniti stage...some shows there were just too loud to sit through. good food, good lineup, cool town. It's too bad there aren't places to stay in Franklin/walking distance. The kids enjoyed it more than I thought they would so that was nice. It is a good set up for families. Camping would make it more so.
1)Eddie 2)Avett's 3)Band of Heathens 4)Gary Clark 5)Pokey 6)Revivalists rest of fam would, of course, put JT up top.
...missed a lot...including ryan adams (saw him and shaky and we had shade and chairs for Sweet Tea Project) and the Texas Gentlemen which sounded really cool in the pre-fest research.
The way prices went crazy last year, if you liked the experience, now is the time to buy. I've gone all 3 years and enjoy the fest; however, I pulled the trigger on Bonnaroo and Shaky Knees already this month - cannot commit the $ right now.
I bought and sold tix last year. I'm probably going to Hangout and a lot of local Nashville shows and that is it. I have friends who have friends that can get me in to work Roo and that is fun and free.
I heard, except for the heat, Pilgramage was really good last year. Enjoy!
