Hey all!
I've heard over the years that eating a tiny amount of roo-local honey every day or so in the months leading up to roo can potentially help with whats in the air on the farm. Does anyone here practice this? If so, whats a good option that ships?
Any other good thoughts battling the crud in the air beyond a good bandana?

I am a beekeeper and the science is still out on this. Anyone that speaks on it are very adamant it would need to be as close to the area as possible to be any kind of effective. Flora changes randomly and the bees may not gather what is affecting folks on the farm. Best bet is over the counter stuff to really see any appreciable effects.
Getting comb with pollen stores would be more effective for this than the honey as the gut gets a solid hit of it. But it could also trigger a nasty response...so yea back to the over the counter stuff
N95 facemask w/ little respirator would be my recco for an as needed blockade.
