Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
We're doing Camp Inforoo again this year!!! Here's the tl;dr: we camp in tent only, right across from the Arch, 2 minute walk to Centeroo. Everyone is welcome. If this is your first 'roo, you absolutely need to join us. Let us know (or not, all cool) if you're going to join the party, feel free to msg me as well if you want. (This thread is recycled from last year, the first bunch of replys are old, scroll down)
I've set up a GroupMe thing for us, especially so the early arrivals can get together. Message me with your mobile number or GroupMe user and I'll add you
What is Camp Inforoo? It is the best place to camp in all of Bonnaroo. It’s one big communal group campsite that we've been doing for 13 14 years.
Where is Camp Inforoo? It’s in tent only, right about... there. Yeah, it's right across from the Arch. You can see our camp flag from the Arch. Best location in the joint, you can see What Stage from your tent.
How can I find it? Once I come in sometime Thurs morning, I'll set up the baby flags;
on a 16 ft. flagpole, you can see it all the way from the Arch. It really isn't hard to find, just go to the upper right hand corner of Camp Thunderlips, right across from the Arch. If you are getting in before Thurs morning, either msg me to set something up or set up in the general area and wait for the flag to go up.
What's the catch You have to haul everything to tent only camping. Might be 5 min from where they park you, might be 30 min.
Can I come? Yes.
Do I have to RSVP? No.
What can I bring? Your wonderful self, tables, booze, shade tents, chairs, hammocks, food, booze, coolers, friends, booze, a chill attitude, whatever you can share.
OK, sounds like a cool scene but I'm not into camping there. Come on by whenever you are going in or out of Centeroo. Everyone is welcome to come and hang out. We have lots of chairs, plenty of shade, and a whole lot of cool people. Some people (Bri) leave supplies at the camp so that they don't have to hike all the way to their campsite for Happy Hour(s). Drop off a cooler with drinks (or whatever), step out of Centeroo, enjoy a cold one (or five), head back in.
Can you save me a spot? Not really, but we always find room.

I joined the group on fb. My name is Heidi Kibbel on fb. I want to camp with everyone, but I'm bringing so much stuff. I'll have to buy carts I guess lol

We've got your back on that! Just ask around. There is usually a bunch of us around to help you lug stuff in.
I'm in! As if you didn't know, LOL. What's our EZ-Up situation? Could we use some tarps to string between them for extra shade?
I'm bringing 3 EZ-Ups, no idea what others are doing (***extra EZ-Ups are always appreciated***). I've got so many tarps in the basement, when you come down, just remind me to bring a bunch and rope.
Want to let everyone know, even if you don't camp in Camp Inforoo, you are totally welcome to hang out. Feel free to drop off a cooler or a couple of chairs, the Camp is a great place to hang out between shows. Pretty much any time day or night there's going to be someone chilling in camp. We're right across from the Arch, look for the baby flags.

ALL the extra EZups are welcome as we need them for shade for brunch. The tarp idea is great. Tapestries. String. Steal the large honkin binder clips from work as they work perfectly for securing things.
It will be weird not being at Camp Inforoo in a few weeks.
Here's hoping that I can manage to go next year (lineup permitting >_>)
You will be missed this year! Hopefully the lineup will be good enough to make me and Lauren wanna go again next year. We've got street team tickets and she has friends goin' this year, otherwise I'd give this a pass! Especially with so many regulars droppin' out!

Pretty much what it says on the tin. Even if you're not camping with us, stop by and hang.

I was offered GA tix by some amazing folks, and while I wasn't able to accept them, I knew we would be going tent only with whatever derelict inforoo group was left. Seeing this makes me wish I had the time off and resources to put a trip together.
