Hoping the rain expected next couple days will settle the dust. It is going to be very humid. My weather says small chance of storm Friday night which, if lightning, would really suck.
Let me tell ya, we had some passing showers yesterday down here that had the frogs croaking for mercy. 1.5" yesterday at my house about 30 minutes from Bonnaroo. this will keep initial dust down, but it will also make for taller grasses in the campgrounds. on site, it is muddy now with standing water in all of the usual low places. be prepared for that muddy area in the back stage right (eastern) of what field as this is a drain area. Expected rain today but then sunshine.
Weather lady in Nashville just said this may be the best weather for CMAs and Bonnaroo ever. Cool in the evenings, like 50s first two nights and 60s next two nights. No rain and drier more comfortable air. North breeze. Just watch sunburn in bright sun. A little hotter and muggy Saturday and Sunday during daylight hours. Sounds good to me.

It was the best weather overall that I can remember at Bonnaroo. Standing in the sun at Which always gets a bit uncomfortable but I may have seen more daytime music there this year than any previous. My only regret was not bringing something warm to sleep in. It got COLD at night!

The first three-days were just about perfect, weather wise. It got hot again Sunday, but at least there was a nice breeze for a lot of the day, and that made it bearable. Strangely, it was more Bonnaroo-like when I got back to Ohio on Friday: I had to unpack in sweltering mid 90s temps. Ugh.

Yeah, it was 97 while we were driving through there in the way home!
The weather was absolutely fucking amazing. My middle-of-the-night pee walk was unbearable on Thursday night/Friday morning, though. I was freezing my ass off.
