Pics are starting to show up on Reddit. The shell off the Other is up, looks very similar in size to Which. Looks they still have to add all of the screens/lighting.
The Bacardi Oasis area looks like it has some type of pool, there's "palm trees" with platforms about 20ft up on them, great view of Other from here probably.
This tent was moved further back and angled away from the fountain, should help with sound bleed from Which.
Comedy/Theatre is is the far corner, in the previously unused green space that was next to where the Comedy tent was in 2014-2015.
Meh. Saw pics on twitter. You'd think that in re-doing one of the original tents into something different that they'd at least try to do something a little creative or interesting. Just another generic stage I guess.
Anybody who is there what's your thoughts on the Other? Seeing it on the live stream now I expected more from it. Figured if it's going to be used mainly as an EDM stage they would of had more light rigs.
It's fine. My problem with it is the programming, not the presentation. Sound bleed is down this year but it might be because there seems to only be one stage running at a time.

and the stages are way further apart. Interested to see if This is too close to which though

Seems like it on the map. The only time those stages will both be going at the same time are late night and on Sunday. Which again speaks to the programming.

if you were left side or out of the back of This last night for portugal, you definitely recieved a full Major Lazer experience. Right side was fine. I love that they arent programming close stages at the same time very much

I never went to a show at the other but from afar it looked really cool. The oasis was also alight although I only went to it once. I also thought the lights were better on all the stages this year.

I saw shows at all locations this year Except On Tap and Who (shame on me). I definable enjoyed the placement of This tent. I showed Left from which and went there for the Superjam (also during Flume) and there was not much bleed at all. Other was fun. I have always liked the downhill setup of it and as an EDM stage, it didn't disappoint. you could see the stage well and it was a fun little party for whatever DJ I raved with for the 20 minutes I was in that kind of mood.
While I am sure that Kalliope was a Fun time, I didnt miss it this year. Never once in Vendor camping was my sleep disturbed by that bass pumping monstrosity as it had in years past.
Overall, I was pleased with the location changes they made. I think they were for the better. The only reason I think Other was a stage and not a tent is so they could put up larger screens on the sides. sadly some of them afternoon ravers could have used the shade.

Almost everything about centeroo is so much better than it was my first year in 2013.
What which bridge Screens at the tents and now two screens at which. Stages more spaced to reduce sound bleed (which / this is still a problem for the few times they are going simultaneously There are a few more shade options but still nowhere near enough Nice clean bathrooms No egg water What stage camera tower is see through Bacardi oasis looked cool

Did the fountain go brown by Friday?
Not that I noticed. And it was on every time I walked by it!

Oh idk if you guys could see on the streams, but they decorated the stages (besides What). Looked awful, but not a big deal. No question mark on top of Which anymore. Also not a big deal, just slightly took away from the nostalgia factor

My main complaint at bonnaroo in the past has always been that the sets aren't loud enough. Thought this year was much better. Being blasted in the face with sound in the pit at major lazer was insanely fun. Were the conflicting sets during major lazer crowded enough where you had to be so far away that sound bleed was a problem?

I think they took the question mark down last year. If I recall it might have been next to the stage instead of on top. I just remember being bummed

The question mark was laid to rest in a private ceremony along with the words 'What were you thinking' after AC sold his greedy soul to the suits at LN.

I was at Portugal and couldn't hear major lazer at all.

Me too. And I was at one of the picnic tables a ways off on the Which side.
Was the What stage extension into the pit just for U2 or is that permanent now?
Just for U2. They also brought in their own lighting towers that were gone the next morning.
their lighting towers were quite impressive. between XX and U2, they had the lights on pointed at the crowd and it made it pretty easy to navigate the throngs of people sitting behind them in the dark. they lit them up and changed colors a few times during the show. I walked thru what field on the way to work Saturday and they had the crane out there taking them down.
I must say, that was one heck of a rig (screens and lights)

Granted this was from the back, we ended up moving right of stage after I took this video for most of the show and didn't have as big of a problem. Go to about the 2:10 mark.
