Uzi or Rae sremmurd would honestly be our best choices for “mumble rappers”, as long as they keep them on the Other. Rae Sremmurd between Griz and Bassnectar at Okee was very interesting to say the least but a good time.
I'm fine with Young thug, Rae sremmurd, or Lil Uzi. To be honest I want all 3. I'm not ashamed to admit that beautiful thugger girls is one of my favorite album this year.

Can people really not understand what Uzi is saying?

Same and I wouldn’t mind 21 Savage either. Excluding his audio malfunctions at the Hawks game, he’s a good performer.

21 would be awesome. One of my favorites this year.
I can’t get into any of the mumble rappers listed, I don’t care if and or all are booked though, cause that just means I’ll get closer to a much better set I can understand more clearly.
Rather have any of Joey Bada$$ Denzel Curry Action Bronson Earl (still needs to make up his set) Ab-Soul Schoolboy Q (honestly surprised he hasn’t had a set, saw him in the rap superjam) Isaiah Rashad The Underachievers (please) and even Logic (I haven’t really listened to him much, but his old stud. I have heard is good)

I think it should be a good mix. Like we should have someone like Lil Uzi and 21 Savage along with artists like Isaiah Rashad and Joey Badass. I can enjoy some ignorant rap shit on the farm, as long as there's some balance.
I was bummed when we didn't get Schoolboy Q or Danny Brown last year, either of them would be awesome.
Yeah they both really should have been at Bonnaroo last year. Instead we got artists like Russ, Tory Lanez, and Belly. At least we got Flatbush Zombies.

i had a ton of fun at Flatbush, have been waiting for them and the Underachievers to play. Was really surprised with how good everyone was in Flatbush, they annunciate every word so well live. A lot of rappers I’ve seen have trouble with that I feel when they perform live, awesome energy too from the crowd even on a Sunday.

Cardi B is apparently confirmed for both Coachella and Lollapalooza, via a Pollstar article the other day:
“In the U.S., she will be embarking on her first small-room headliner tour in March to support the release of her album. In addition, she has already locked in several major festival plays such as Coachella and Lollapalooza.”
