I feel like a douche even saying this but I don't think Nick Cave will automatically drop out, though if he did i couldn't blame him. obviously it's rly sad but also he didn't really have a big relationship with jethro I don't think.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing even though I didn’t want to say it out loud given how tragic the situation is. Don’t think he’ll drop out over this, though I would not blame him a bit if he did. Jethro was having a lot of problems in life that might’ve prepared Nick emotionally for the possibility of something like this. He was scheduled to be sentenced to jail for assaulting his own mother. Addiction and schizophrenia apparently played a role. Tragic he won’t get a shot at redemption though.
going for: June 1: The only one June 5: Gizz/Iceage June 6: Drain Gang or Mag fields June 7: Jamie xx, if i dont get it i’ll camp for it June 8: both Phoenix/Khru/Ride/Mag Bay and Acid angel, might split them as long as i can catch Mag Bay
I think there's a good chance Caroline Polacheck shows up at the Harlecore show on the 7th. Danny has produced like all of her solo music. either way that show will be nuts if you miss out on the tiny jamie xx show.
Looking at trance party and Wednesday poble Espanyol. Maybe something else on a whim but definitely not going to queue, did enough of that at big ears.
anyone know why there seems to be two listings for the drain gang show? both identical other than the fact one starts at 5pm and the other 8pm.
also, obviously it's worth trying for tickets for hyped up shows in small venues like acid angel + jamie xx. but is it worth buying tickets for less coveted shows like spellling, harlecore and lightning bolt too? or will there be a good chance of getting in fine with a wristband?

At the 15 Euro price point I’m planning to just by a tic for all 4 shows I plan on attending. Not trying to stress out about having to queue up.
not my screenshot but looks like a la ciutat shows will have separate queues. not sure if that means wristband holders/ticket holders or wristband+ticket holders/v.i.p

What I don't understand is how that will work in reality. So 15% is payed upfront, 85% is first come, first serve. But.. you can't let people wait outside the venue until the concert starts, right?
Say you are W1 only and are queueing for a show, at what point are they gonna let people enter and are people who do both weekends just free to enter or. Say you do both, and arrive at 10 pm for a show that has already started, are you just gonna be able to enter or nah. Idk.

I guess the cutoff time would be when the doors open?

I think they will hold capacity for the 15% with specific tickets even after doors open and then there will be a wait for the rest of the 85% of the venue.
Let's say a 1000 cap venue for the sake of it. First come, first served for 700 ppl with ¿three? different queues: VIP, double weekend, one weekend. Whenever the counter reaches 700 that's it since there are 300 ppl with tickets who will get there whenever they want.

that would make the most sense but i have a feeling it won't be nearly as streamlined n it'll just be one queue for tickets n one for wristbands.

this sounds right, and maybe the VIP is next in no matter what then double weekend then single

They’ve made it pretty clear it won’t be that.
all they've made clear is that there are "separate queues". literally everything else is up in the air, and the lack of detail does not inspire confidence.

Different wristbands have different priority so they won’t all be in a single line.
