The Dice.fm page for Primavera says: "Your tickets will be held on the DICE app. It means you can transfer, refund, and keep your tickets secure from touts."
Assuming tickets can be transferred, you should be able to buy them from a 3rd party website. Unless they turn transfer off for this specific event. Anyone know what the deal is?
Did some more digging, and it sounds like the standard process for getting tickets if the event is sold out is to sign up for the "waitlist", and when a ticketholder requests a refund, their ticket gets offered to the first person on the waitlist. But I can't determine for sure one way or another if you can transfer the tickets from Dice to whomever you want.
Prob not. As much as people in LA want an FYF replacement theyre putting too much stock into thinking itll be on that same level. You should look at Porto as the similar level itll be at, not Barca.

Also to note: the earliest tickets for 2020 that are being rolled forward were sold outside of Dice as regular PDF's, so those can still easily be resold.

Has anyone ever flown in Thursday morning for this? Wondering how easy / difficult you found it to be from a time management & jet lag perspective. Based on the scheduling it seems I could pretty much stay on EST (e.g. take a nap before the fest), which makes me think arriving Thursday is doable. That day is so stacked though I want to make sure I'm good to go.
I'm planning to roll over my Primavera Porto trip to next year, but I might just pull the trigger on Barcelona and try and do both.

I'd definitely fly in earlier to get your body used to the slight time change and adjusted to Barcelona in general.

sounds kinda awful to me. It is kinda nice that the fest going till 6am basically ends up being the same sleep schedule you’re already on coming from USA.
Also keep in mind there are free shows around Barcelona starting the Monday prior to the fest.

Fozzie BeartЯist♡ngocatsnu - thank you all for the feedback. I'll plan to get in Wednesday at the latest. Still a bit fascinated by the thought of just sticking to EST vs starting to acclimate to local time.
While the free shows are awesome, I'll probably need at least 2 weeks for my Portugal plans in Porto, Lisbon, and the Azores, so I didn't want to spend too many extra days in Barcelona since I've been once before.

Porto lineup announced today. Pretty surprised how many HLers are carrying over now. I'm still planning to do both so I should be able to avoid the main stage quite a bit in Barcelona (which sounds like a good thing)
