Alright, it's settled, i'm skipping Tame for Gaahls WYRD.
I’ve seen Mayhem a few times but by far my favorite was PS 12 where the pretty much did the EP and the meatier cuts off Mysteriis. When I walked up to the stage, there was less than 100 people, it was on fire (pyrotechnics not literally) and they had pig heads on stakes while singing about chainsaw gut fucks.
I bring this up because I’m thinking this is gonna be similar. I feel like European stages get away with shit that can’t be done here.
That sounds awesome, hoping to get over there sometime while I'm here. Gonna rest up and stay in the hotel until I feel restless enough that I go into the city early tomorrow, like noon or earlier. Gonna be a loooong first day.
I'll definitely have to hit up BierCab at some point since i'm staying in the neighborhood, but once I wrap up lunch i'm going to finish checking into my hotel and get in a short siesta before the show tonight.
