I would be exstatic 'bout one of your choices (Iron Maiden), happy with Faith No More, and pretty okay with Prophets of Rage. The rest I just can't stand to listen to.
Whilst I would be happy fer all the Deftones fans, havin' seen them live twice now I can safely say I would be anywhere else on The Farm were they to play. Definitely respect those guys, but I can stand maybe five of their songs (and I'm pretty sure two are covers).

People 'round these parts would not be happy with AC/DC. I don't know about gen pop. I'd be pretty meh. I'd rather have GnR or Metallica headline, for sure.
Forgot about Dream Theater, that would be an awesome late night set.
It would have been back when Bonnaroo had three hour late night sets. Now they'd get 90 minutes, which is like a song and a half in Dream Theater world.
Not to mention if your goal is to draw in as many molly munching EDM kids as possible, prog metal is like Deep Woods Off to that demographic...
I think next year we finally get Ghost. I would love The Melvins to come back and Animals As Leaders actually getting a tent this time (rather than Miller Lite stage) also, Monster Truck needs another set at Roo too.

I think somebody bumped it before you, but not sure. Also Iron Maiden would only be fuckin’ dopetastic and would also shred faces.
Also in terms of metal, other than the already expressed Maiden, I would love Rammstein (I’ve also said this several times)! On the undercard though I would go head over heels fer 36 Crazyfists whose new album is pretty brutal compared to most of their collection.
