But you must have known I was not a great fool, you would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose the Potent in front of me. LD: You've made your decision then? JR: Not remotely. Because ZIG comes from Minnesota, as everyone knows, and Minnesota is entirely peopled with criminals, and criminals are used to having people not trust them, as you are not trusted by me, so I can clearly not choose the ZIG in front of you. LD: Truly, you have a dizzying intellect. JR: Wait till I get going! Now, where was I? LD: Minnesota. JR: Yes, Minnesota. And you must have suspected I would have known ZIG's origin, so I can clearly not choose the Potent in front of me. LD: You're just stalling now. JR: You'd like to think that, wouldn't you? You've beaten my Maddog, which means you're exceptionally strong, so you could've put the mafia in your own goblet, trusting on your strength to save you, so I can clearly not choose the ZIG in front of you. But, you've also bested my LLL, which means you must have studied, and in studying you must have learned that man is mortal, so you would have put the mafia as far from yourself as possible, so I can clearly not choose the Potent in front of me. LD: You're trying to trick me into giving away something. It won't work. JR: IT HAS WORKED! YOU'VE GIVEN EVERYTHING AWAY! I KNOW WHERE THE MAFIA IS!

Jesus Christ. I thought that between Jaz and ZIG, Jaz would be the one I wouldn't be able to talk into voting for Potent so I voted for him figuring JR was the whack since he is the only confirmed townie. And if I was the whack, surely my insistence on Potent would obviously be the reason behind it, right?
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
I'd ask you questions ZIG, but I don't see conversation helping at this point. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.

GJ. You get to hand out the LVP, so for once you can't be the LVP. And that's easy to say from the sidelines. That was the worst reffing I've seen. Does it feel good to tell someone else they did bad for once? Cause I actually didn't do bad, I was wrong because Potent did great and ZIG was weird.

You had the whole "maybe two mafia in runoff, unless Danbob slipped out" thing plus everyone knows quiet Carini is mafia. We thought you were inspector. Maddog did a good job of hiding until we forced him out. We had no clue and in fact thought LLL might have had Zolah name (like LLL guessed).

I didn't think LLL was inspector. I thought she was talking like one to throw us off from whoever was the real inspector.

You actually made the move that started off the craziness when you voted your wife over LLL. I panicked in our thread (after being pretty cool on D1 if I do say so myself) and thought Dan needed to switch.
If you vote LLL I think we would have won D4. You got the town an extra day.

I agree, Potent did a good job and ZIG was just odd this whole game. I was really surprised the Mafia didn't whack you. I can't promise I would have done differently from you in the final round, but Potent shouldn't have gotten away with contributing NOTHING in Day 4. That was a smart play on your part though Potent, voting for me to let ZIG have his choice. I assume you figured he'd vote for me since I voted for him?

You,(maybe not zig), and others who have plated with me over the years should realize by now that my level of activity is dictated by real life not role. Just happened I drew mafia 3 out of 4 games when unable to give it full attention. I even went into other languages as mafia

JR was pretty much confirmed town, so I couldn't vote him. If I voted LLL, it would have not convinced ZIG because it was the same situation except LLL with deciding vote instead of me. You were my only play to get me out of the runoff.
