I wasn't a Michigan fan when they won the national title, but one of my favorite game memories was Michigan and Chris Perry beating OSU in 2003 to seal a trip to the Rose Bowl. I got to watch the game with my dad from the 50 yard line, it was one of the few games I've ever been to with him (and I sold my student ticket for some serious cash and bought a keg that night with the proceeds).
Strangely, I have some great memories of the gut punch losses too. I guess it helps that I don't tend to take losses too seriously. The 2006 loss to Ohio State when we were 1 & 2 was a fantastic game that I'd relive in a heartbeat. When we lost to App State I was watching at a bar in Bloomington and ran into a childhood friend I hadn't seen or heard from in years. We decided to order shots whenever something bad happened and were good and sauced by the time the game finally ended. Pops met me at a bar where I was watching the end of the 2015 MSU game where we lost on a fumbled punt. We went from there to see Tobias Jesso Jr and then Jonas Rathsman and Pops being the good guy that he is was buying me sympathy IPAs all night. That was a great night (other than the football part).
Rockits - because I'm 3 blocks from it. My go-to was Mad Mushroom (closed). It was closer. "Justa Fad" at Aver's is delish. I'd throw in Max's, but I'm not sure DMS (or Larry, idk) would be familiar. (Max's was on the square, *and* originally across from the Taco Bell next to Sports/Kilroys)
I don't believe I knew there were familiars in here. I'll buy when y'all come back thru.
Tell us your favorite album by Radiohead and your favorite album by Kanye and why.
What is your most preferred music news source/website to read?
What is your opinion of Jugs?
All excellent questions. This is why you were my TIN champion.
Kid-A is my favorite Radiohead album. I was really drawn in by the way they used ETIIRP in Vanilla Sky but Idioteque was the song the made me really love the band. Also if you’ve never read the essay on them in Killing Yourself to Live I recommend it.
MBDTF is the best Kanye.
I have all the major publications in my feed, I always thought Fader was much better than a lot of people I’ve it credit for, but I mostly get all my news from following labels, friends who work at labels, artists, and whoever local venues and adhoc booking are booking.
Juggs hasn’t been the same since the Ol Capp Dogg got banned. It’s like a part of him died.

My only comfort right now is knowing that at least I’m not a grown ass man logging on to the internet every morning and pretending to have inside information on Coachella.
