Decent chance Ill be there for one of those weekends. Diggin weekend 1 more. But my buddy who id be going with is obsessed with Rezz and would probably want to go for that. Also pretty sure as soon as he figures out Testpilot is Deadmau5 hell be stoked on that.
Just hoping Roo pulls in a couple of the good acts here. Bonobo, Cut Copy, Washed Out, A Tribe Called Red, Floating Points, Hiss Golden Messenger, and Sinkane are all more than welcome to show up on the Farm
EDIT: Also Portico Quartet. Hadn't checked out Weekend 2 yet. I doubt they play Bonnaroo but that's a solid get
Ignoring Bassnectar and Galantis, this lineup is very tempting. Griz live band is so good, I’m almost willing to travel halfway across the country just for that.
looking into W1 but this place looks like a bitch to get to for someone who prefers to fly (from East Coast). No Marshmello on W1 along with Green Velvet and Lil Dicky are strong selling points for me.
Another gem on the Wk2 lineup: Get Real = Claude Von Stroke + Green Velvet B2B. Very cool.
Cheese, Rufus, Griz Band, Cut Copy, Get Real, Rezz, Testpilot, Zhu. Considering Forest's lineup formula is extremely predictable, I'd be satisfied with these acts weekend 2. Enough there to base my weekend around these and enjoy stumbling across a few more each day.

I have def come around after first glance and think Wk2 is better. But Floating Points and Washed Out are pretty great and wish they were both weekends.

Don't sleep on Portico Quartet if you're going weekend 2

I probably will miss this year but I'll still probably dive into all the acts I don't know. I've been told there are a lot of great undercards that I don't know which makes weekend 2 that much more appealing. The most appealing part of weekend two for me though is the fact that I'd be able to wander a totally empty Forest on two different nights (during Nectar and Mello's sets).

$309 + fees for GA and camping sounds very fair, a lot of my friends have gone to this and they all have nothing but great things to say
I would never pay $400+ fun money for "vibezzz" but Forest really does feel different then most fests. If you can get over the fact that it's turned into a Bassnectar festival then I'd recommend going once.

What makes it so much different? I have friends that love the place but all they tell me is "you have to see the lights in the forest and the vibe is unreal". Does vibe just mean readily available ketamine?

I wish Week 2 had a better lineup cause that portico quartet sighting had me giddy. Heres hoping for a US tour. One of my favorite bands to help me drift off to sleep.
E: hadnt read much comments. Ill have to look into the undercard of weekend two
