All draftees must be living human beings. While the idea is to create a celebrity reality show, the definition of celebrity is pretty open to interpretation. If you believe that your great aunt Birgit is a celebrity and you want to cast her, that's fine, although it seems unlikely that she'll earn you that many votes.
