Do they ever do day passes for this?
There are a few names on this I wouldn't mind seeing, but I've seen a lot of these and some are going to be at Shaky Knees which I'm going to also, and tbh I mostly just want to go because of Arcade Fire.

Are the Iron level tickets worth the extra money? My wife and I are planning on travelling to Birmingham to catch the festival but have never been in the south during the summer (we are on the east coast of canada) so the A.C. lounge is a big draw but I'm not sure that alone is worth the extra. Any thoughts?

It can get pretty hot and those AC tents are worth it IMO. Unless you plan on coming in late both days.
$100 "all in" (including TM fees) are on sale now - Sunday. This must not be selling well. I just snagged a ticket but anyone who bought their 1 tickets for $130 is gonna be pissed

Yep lots of people on IG are upset. Understandably so, they paid like $60 more after fees. These are significantly less even than when I bought early bird last year. I'm not surprised it's selling badly though, I thought the lineup was a major step down this year from the last couple years.
They mentioned on Twitter yesterday that today would be a "good day" so my guess is they're announcing the two mystery spots on the poster. Not sure why they'd have to take the whole site down to alter the poster, but this is AC and considering the various leaks, snafus, and no routes found with Bonnaroo in the past, web infrastructure doesn't seem their strong suit.

Yeah, I hammered them on their FB page. What a bunch of complete BS. I bought 4 at Level 1 so I spent $200 more than needed. I feel totally ripped off. They said they were gonna call me yesterday afternoon and have not heard anything from them yet. They can go eff themselves with this move if they don't make it right. Would never go back after this year. Thank goodness my best friend is buying a condo in Gulf Shores this year. Hangout and Voodoo from now on.
Last two bands announcing in Friday. One of them is really high up on the Saturday poster. Anyone got guesses?
My guess for the Sunday spot is Marty Stuart since he's touring with Cobb and Stapleton both before and after the weekend. My Saturday wish is Greta Van Fleet but I feel like that's asking too much, lol

Saturday is the third act on the poster for the day so Greta Van Fleet isn't really too much in that spot. Less than Isbell, more than Vance Joy. Seems like a good fit.

I think Greta Van Fleet would be billed lower than the top 4 of Saturday. Could be Father John Misty, just from the fact he's on the Forecastle lineup. I would hope they wouldn't be that predictable, though.
I thought the same about FJM being a little too predictable and it being odd that they would hold that announcement back. Looking at Forecastle lineup I also considered Houndmouth but didn't think they would have billing that high anywhere but in Louisville where they are booked above Vance Joy for Forecastle
I'm thinking the two bands aren't Forecastle bands because why would you hold that back? There was speculation on FB that it could be a Jazzfest share that was being held back due to contract restrictions, but they're announcing a week before Jazzfest so that's not it. If tickets have been selling as slowly as people think they have with the $100 deal last week, I have to think there's a reason why they're holding on to the #3 act on Saturday this long and not either releasing initially or release during the sale to drive buys. Any bands hyping new tour announcements for this week?
I hope it isn't Houndmouth. I want nothing to do with a Katie-less Houndmouth.
The additions do nothing for me but I'm still in because of how close and cheap this is
Yeah, they're not a draw for me, but I think Savage at least will be for some of the college students in B'ham. Lineup is still stacked for me. There's more here that I really want to see than there is on the entire Bonnaroo lineup, and this is 1/3 of the bands and less than 1/3 the price.

I've thought the same about this lineup. Wife and I travel for a festival every year from the east coast of Canada and this is the festival we chose for this year because of the lineup. Shaky Knees was the only other one really in contention. Preferred Sloss over many of the big ones.
I noticed that last year there was an official preparty the Friday night with the New Pornographers. Do they do this every year? I haven't seen anything like that announced yet
