I feel like next year the rubber is going to meet the pavement and the result will be a much larger return of inforooers than the past few years. That'll suck for everyone that has to endure you all, but I'm sure you'll be glad to have a reason to return.

Just book Radiohead and I'm 100% there.
I made the point to MD and Co last night that they basically went 0-for-3 on headliners this year (for me) and it's sorta hard to imagine that happening again.
Not the schedule, and maybe the guy at reddit that linked it is right about it being completely shitty (though funny) to be playing Bonnaroo Bingo. Maybe it's even on another thread. But I just ran across it and found it pretty fucking funny and didn't really go so far as to be offensive. It could actually use some P.E.D.
Is the red bull tv broadcast happening? I don’t see anything. Sal hosting anything?
No. It’s on Twitter but not until tomorrow and they haven’t given out a schedule or said how many channels they are going to run. They did 2 channels for Boston Calling, so you figure they will have 2. Some acts have been announced but no schedule.
Red Bull is doing ACL and Lolla this year. I don’t know if it was a big money loser or whatever for them, but they usually have the best coverage.
Roo doesn't even get streamed on the same level as ACL or Lolla anymore?
What a fucking joke.
Different production companies. Boston Calling was fine. I just like Red Bull because I’m used to them. Yahoo streams Voodoo and LiveXLive has a few other festivals. I think they did Hangout but the host was a dbag. Twitter isn’t bad though. If you didn’t watch any of Boston Calling, you won’t probably be disappointed (depending on who they show of course).

I seem to be missing your sarcasm of late so it's possible that you are kidding but in case you're not, Twitter is way more high profile then Red Bull TV. When Gov Ball was streaming I sometimes literally had trouble looking at anything else on Twitter.

If the company Twitter is promoting it, yes, you're right.
I interpreted it as "it's on Twitter somewhere". We still don't have a schedule, do we?
For gov ball they named a few artists being featured then never saw a schedule. Yeah yeah yeahs were hyped as being on Friday so I tuned in and on the stream they gave a schedule that didn't include yyy. In the end I don't know if it was streamed on a different day or what but found it posted on random youtube account and watched 3 days later. Definitely could have been handled better imho.
Part of the Happy Roo Day celebrations? Nice. I hit up someone I know there who is a big Cage fan. Got another look into Spafford (middle kid says it will be show of the day for him with PPPP still out there). But he ran into and I go to peace off billion [tm]. Hadn’t run into him in a while. /peace

Enjoyed Durand Jones, Justin Jay and Spafford yesterday. I called it quits pretty early. Just figured extra sleep in preparation for today and tomorrow was more important than seeing PPPP or a random campground band. Although I did end up seeing a small band in the campgrounds manange to fairly seemlessly transition from Enter Sandman to Sandstorms by Darude. Pretty hype.
I mentioned before that House of Yes is like 15 yards from my tent. That has been more of a curse than a gift. Music is just BLASTING until 5 am or so. I can sleep through almost anything, but this had me up. So I was like "if you cant join them, beat em." Went into the House of Yes to find 9 people dancing. Which is cool, but I had this vision of crazy parties all night long. Twas not the case last night.
One other thing of note is that Justin Jay had a 6 piece band up there. Thought it was going to be him and like one guy on guitar.
Pumped for Everything Everything, Alex Lahey, Denzel Curry, Rufus, Muse and superjam today.
Still no schedule from Twitter, but the most recent tweet about the live stream shows that Revivalists and Manchester Orchestra will be on it (along with Muse which was already announced).
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
Middle kid's phone is dead, so no Thursday report yet from him.
Kid 1 - Spafford, Cage and PPPP were all good. CloZee was dope too. Opiuo best set of the night. RlumR was cool too, very similar to Miguel. Also, Space Jesus.
Kid 3 - Space Jesus was fire. Spafford sounded really good. Valentino was diet chek. CloZee was good. Solid night overall besides Valentino Khan sucking.
/living vicariously this weekend.
Twitter has this:
Bayonne - 5:00pm A R I Z O N A - 5:30pm Sheryl Crow - 6:00 Manchester Orchestra - 7:00pm Paramore - 8:00pm The Revivalists - 8:30pm Khalid - 9:30pm Muse: 10:30pm
That's probably all CDT since the stream is supposed to start at 5 here. Not the most exciting night of sets, but I'll see some of them.
Hope everyone's having a blast! Just popping in because i got a notification that 4 years ago tonight I saw First Aid Kit in Boston and after that show I boarded a greyhound down to Manchester for my first Bonnaroo.
Hope I'll be able to justify a return at some point!
Pigeons Playing Ping Pong - Was crazy and way more packed than the Spafford set. They covered "Under the Sea" from Little Mermaid Spafford Opiuo Manic Focus - Brought out Russ Liquid to play brass about halfway through. Said this was good CloZee - Like her music, very talented.
Got to Cage about 20 minutes late (will be his gf's favorite set no doubt) but ended up being able to see about 5 Cage songs, so they were happy with that. He also tried to warn his little sister not to go to Valentino Khan, but she didn't listen and was subsequently pwnd.
Edit - He says shorty is kicking ass. No surprise there.
