Can you see what day they were added like Spotify playlists?
Dunno, I don’t have a subscription but you can browse the song titles without one. Obviously could be a mistake but odd to have three mistakes in three playlists
I have to think the 5SOS song slipping into a rock playlist is a joke of some sort.
I don’t doubt that the person knows somebody that may be attending the Sunday Services, but Kanye performing in 19 could be taken way out of context. He could show up as a guest, or they could have locked down his performance with the dome for 2020 and that’s what was overheard and misinterpreted as a 19 performance. The guy literally has one leak so I wouldn’t call him a sure thing. He’s definitely a teenager you can tell by the way he responds to anybody doubting him.
Exactly. It's super possible that 2 intense Kanye stans have internet-dug their way into emailing with someone who attended a Sunday Service, thus giving them the Lift Off news.
BUT to make the leap to "surprise ADDITIONAL Coachella headliner for 2019" is just such a massive stretch.

I mostly agree but we've had confirmations from bizarre sources that we ignored that did turn out to be correct. I remember some random guy tweeting a month or so in advance that Refused and At the Drive In were reuniting for Coachella in 2012 and everybody wrote it off as complete nonsense.
What is also possible is that source was legit, told them about Lift Off, was pissed that they revealed it, and is just trolling them. Didn't one of the agencies troll Inforoo years ago by "confirming" ridiculous acts for Bonnaroo after you spammed their agents with questions about whether their bands would be playing Bonnaroo? Or was that the Lolla boards?
FWIW BenedictCumberbatch/TickleMeElmo just posted on Reddit that Friend Within was just added to a playlist as well.
EDITED: And somebody named Chaouche added too.
With all these names added today, the Kanye rumor, and Gov Ball (the other cancelled fest) texting everybody last night that they had a big announcement today, it's hard to keep the Coachella conspiracy theorist in me from going off the rails right now.

The eight stages thing is weird. If you only count the stages that Coachella puts on then it's seven, but if you count all of the stages that are at the fest it is nine. Are they counting Antarctic as a permanent "stage"?

Do we even have confirmation that Antarctic is coming back again? I'm almost positive we did by this time last year but I haven't seen anything about it this year.

So the manager of one of the five acts added to the playlists confirmed their artist (Chaouche) will not be at Coachella. Probably means the other four won't as well, but bizarre that they'd just add acts that aren't on the festival to their official playlists.

NEUTRAL: - The other festival Kanye cancelled (Gov Ball) teased a big announcement yesterday which didn't end up happening. Which was almost definitely about food or night shows or whatever, but the fact that they couldn't end up releasing it on schedule certainly sounds familiar...
AGAINST: - The social media denials that these guys aren't real Kanye insiders, by Kanye insiders. Although no specific denial about Kanye at Coachella.
