Live Nation Entertainment Acquires Inforoo Expands Live Music Discussion Reach Across U.S.
LOS ANGELES, CA (Jan. 30, 2018) – Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE: LYV) announced today the completion of a deal to acquire a majority stake in Inforoo, a leading music festival internet forum offering music festival and general live music discussion, scoops, inside jokes, television discussion, a pretty cool group playlist thread, and various long-running and ultimately meaningless debates.
Inforoo has been the premiere source of Bonnaroo information on the web since 2004 and a music festival family for over a decade. As an industry leading source of festival information, Inforoo's music festival discussion portfolio also includes Coachella, Governor's Ball, Panorama, Firefly, New Orleans Jazzfest, Newport Folk Festival, and Voodoo, amongst others. As part of the acquisition deal, the Hangout Thread, and all regular posters therein, have been divested to the Bonnaroo subreddit.

Inforoo will continue to be led by Druid and will operate under its name, with headquarters at Druid 's in Sushi bar and regional offices at crazykittensmile 's in Red Lobster and itrainmonkeys 's wherever he is at, new york I think.
