We've discussed this off and on for the past few years in various threads. First I'd like to take this opportunity to thank emoney for starting a thread a few years back that kicked off this discussion, but I figured a fresh thread for new ideas might be helpful.
How does everyone feel about renaming and/or restructuring inforoo to be more focused on music festivals and live music in general? It's not really about changing the direction of the forum, but changing the aesthetic of the forum to more properly reflect what we actually discuss here.

It's already in the works. Not changing the name because of how much it's associated with us and would be a hassle in a lot of areas but we plan to focus this place more on festivals/music in general. There will still be the same Bonnaroo focused sections we've had but will likely pull the festivals and concert/music threads and sections out from where they currently are and into a new, on the front page, section.
We've been talking about this for a lil while and it's going to happen

I also would like to request we get rid of this bullshit “Congratulations Amazon.com user” bullshit on mobile
Nothing to do with us. Probably a proboards thing. I don't like it either
i do feel like it's slowed down? I used to not be able to be on mobile for more than a few seconds without a pop up, idr when exactly it stopped happening so much but it's definitely chilled out on my end.

I had forgotten about it... until it happened to me this morning.

I must not use mobile enough. I have no idea what y'all are even talking about.

I'm on mobile right now and I have no idea what they're talking about.
Also, I know this isn't the suggestions for improvement thread, but I have a suggestion for improvement. Is there any way that we could keep the header bar (Recent Threads/Recent Posts, etc) static at the top of the screen, even while scrolling? Just like the <<Prev[#]Next>> bar is. So that way if I'm at the bottom of a page and want to click on Recent Threads, I don't have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the page.

If you’re using iOS tap on the top of the browser where the clock is and it’ll scroll you back to the top

I was thinking of this for desktop use actually; on mobile it might get too cluttered on the smaller screen space. Good tip though regardless!
Considering 95% of the people on this site haven't liked a Bonnaroo lineup in years I think it would be smart to shift the focus to live music/festivals/music. Smart idea.
