Maybe on paper (maybe) but the reality is that The Stones can still bring it live and Van's live shows have become notorious shitshows.

I literally saw them in 2016 and they were great.
But, yeah, I was being hyperbolic about Morrison. I have read some pretty poor accounts of his live shows in recent years but I have no evidence to back that up. Videos of his live shows seem to be... fine. Nothing inspiring but certainly in better voice than, say, Bob Dylan.
