I'm more stuck on which way to vote because I do not think it's likely to see a show/tour from them within the next two years but also do not see anything that would stop them from doing so.

Let the record show that I contacted Radius Claus via my cellular telephone this afternoon. He had his phone turned off, so it went directly to voicemail. His voicemail message consists of him asking people to leave a message or "even better" TEXT OR EMAIL HIM! This is what I am dealing with, folks.
