To be clear, I am NOT saying it's a sandwich, but if it was a sandwich, it would be vegan non-gmo friendly so no. It may contain a meat substitute in some form, if it were to be a sandwich, but can tell you that it was not veggie-ham. Also when I make sandwiches I only use the freshest veggies though and would not have dared include the bomb heirlooms we were eating at the time in the vacuum seal, so if you want those on your sandwich, if it is a sandwich, you'll need to bring them yourself.
