So, depending on which service you look at, we’re either going to get passing showers, a 5-hour monsoon, severe thunderstorms, or no thunderstorms at all tonight.

If anyone's going to the merch section, LCD Soundsystem is selling t-shirts from the abortion rights musician group Noise for Now. They're pretty cool and directly support abortion funds.
Now that this storm has passed, it's looking like either a passing shower (no lightning) or no rain at all, in which case we've dodged the bullet! On my way now, should be there for Idles.
11/28 Raveonettes (Copenhagen, Denmark) 12/4 Interpol 12/14 LCD Soundsystem 12/31 Billy Joel 1/25 The Killers (Las Vegas) 2/12 Jack White 2/25 Father John Misty 3/6 Inhaler 4/10 Franz Ferdinand 4/17 Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds 5/15 Amyl & the Sniffers 5/18 Fontaines D.C. 9/1 Oasis
LCD Soundsystem was great and I got to meet Hector Salamanca, which was also great.
same review here. had been chasing a get innocuous opener for a little while and was pretty pumped about that. forest hills remains one of my favorite venues in the city.
Anyone know what time floor passes have been running out for Reset at Forest Hills?
based off being there friday and IG stories from forest hills yesterday less than an hour after doors both days, would get there as close to doors as possible if you can
I’m out of town but out of curiosity, doesn’t Guaranteed GA Floor, um, guarantee you access to the GA floor at Reset?
Yes. Guaranteed GA Floor passes were different (and cost more) than general GA. I shelled out for the former and felt kinda dumb about it at the time given the expense, but after the way things went down on Friday, I don’t regret it.

For anyone going to The Cure tonight or tomorrow, they went on at 9:15, later than they've typically been going on for this tour.
I was at the show last night. They sounded absolutely amazing. And them playing a 2 hour and 45 minute set was wild. BUT yeah my criticism is that it went too late. I thought MSG had a strict curfew? A show ending at midnight on a Tuesday was not ideal for me. Would've definitely grabbed a coffee before heading in had I known lol Also thought it was kinda odd that they backloaded all of their hits for the final 25 minutes.

I kind of like that they do all of their poppier songs at the end. It's a fun way to end the show. For me there are still plenty of hits/favorites sprinkled throughout the set. There are few acts that have the catalog to play for almost 3 hours without it feeling like there is filler but they are definitely one of them.

Yeah, I assume they must have negotiated some crazy overage fee because MSG going past curfew is RARE. The 2-3 not running to Brooklyn also fucked me but still awesome show.
