Explain (I'm a fan but I totally understand people that don't vibe with them). To me, it feels like they're really close to being a great band but something just feels manufactured about them (and they need a drummer!). I'm also in love with Aidan Noell which might impact my fandom.
After thinking a bit I do think I get their appeal now - essentially they feel like they're made for Just Like Heaven crowd, but to me it feels like it's too soon for that nostalgia cycle to start producing new artists already? Maybe cause Passion Pit disappeared.
I guess they are still relatively niche outside of here. And I could be completely wrong and that's the next big nostalgia bubble, but it feels like it got skipped over in favor of stomp clap

I really dug how heavy it was on the This Is Happening record. That being said, I think I've heard every song from Sound Of Silver live EXCEPT "Watch The Tapes". Do they not do that one anymore?

To my knowledge, they’ve never done that live post-reunion. I’m in the same boat with “Pow Pow”.
Where are we thinking the SAULT NYC show will be based on the setup of the London show? Honestly I think none of the traditional venues would fit it. Maybe it's at Javits Center?

Maybe the Shed, that fancy-pants venue at Hudson Yards.
It obviously depends on their setup but if it is similar to London I don’t see a place like knockdown working. I’d add park avenue armory and Brooklyn navy yard to the list of possibilities.

I'm just reading about Brooklyn Navy Yard's Stranger Things event from last year and yeah this seems like the most likely place they'd have it
The London venue Drumsheds was 15,000 capacity so either Avant Gardner or Knockdown would have to be scaled back productions. It's not just space for the stage, but all the walkthrough art stuff too

This is my guess, as well.

The more I look and think about this lineup, the more skeptical I get. Doesn't Knockdown Center only hold 3,200 people? Phoenix alone sold out Radio City last year. Hell, Crosses (who are halfway down the lineup) are playing Hammerstein Ballroom in February, which is even bigger than Knockdown.
Shouldn't this be at like Forest Hills Stadium? Or Governor's Island?
