I got fan club tickets for three shows - MSG 9/4 and Philly 9/7 and 9/9. I'm going to have to sell the second Philly pair, as there's no way I can do all three and I'd really just put in for it as insurance assuming there was no way I was going to get picked for any of the shows (I got fully shut out for NYC, Boston, and Baltimore the last time there was a lottery, in 2020), let alone all three of them.
That said, the quality of the tickets is pretty variable. I'm in the first row of the top level in Philly, which isn't terrible, but the MSG seats are row 14 of section 210, which is nosebleed territory. Nuts that those are fan club seats, but when I went and checked on the regular onsale today (which, again, I was shut out of the Verified Fan sale in 2020, but somehow made it this time) , I can see why. All the lower level tickets that were available today were "Pearl Jam Premium," with lower bowl tickets going for $690 each and seats on the floor (behind GA) going for $1,500 each at minimum. That shit is offensive. There were some 200-level tickets available, but they were all worse than what I ended up with through the Ten Club, so I didn't do anything there.
I really, really want to upgrade to lower level or GA for both 9/4 at MSG and 9/7 at Wells Fargo, but I think the odds of that might be long, especially in NYC, where our wonderful state laws make putting restrictions on resale impossible. People are going to want to recoup at least most of what they paid, and if what they paid is $690/ticket, even, like, a 1/3 discount on that would be out of my price range. Best hope is that someone who struck gold in the Ten Club sale decides to do the noble thing and sell for face value on Cash Or Trade or reddit.
Philly, on the other hand, restricts ticket resale to the fan exchange, so I'm not sure how that's going to go. At least whatever tickets I might try to buy would be face value-only, but I'm guessing it's going to be super-tough to find anything.

How much are you selling the 2nd Philly show for?
I can only sell them through the fan-to-fan exchange, which I don't think allows me to sell to a particular person. If I'm wrong about that, I'll be sure to let folks know.
Anybody seeing Mitski this week? Might snag a last minute ticket for Monday or Tuesday at King’s.
Yeah, going Monday night at King's. Since it's Mon and King's is more out of the way than Beacon, hoping that cuts down the amount of "mother" screaming during the set.
Let me know how it is - my friend has a ticket for Wednesday she's selling at face value I'm debating on buying. I live a 10 minute walk away but I don't want to pay 80-some dollars to be surrounded by unruly teens.
Also, when’s the last time the National played here? Feel like they have late September Forest Hills written all over them.
You called it!
Good lord, I gotta wake up at 6:45am in Vegas for this sale. Unless there is an AMEX presale, which likely means trying to buy while at JFK. AXS better behave!

Rolling solo but may not get there until 8:30 or so. However, always happy to put an internet name to a face so if I get there with enough time, will be happy to say hello.
Couldn’t end up making it, tell me how amazing it was.
